Kounetsu Blood is a story based in the world of Tokyo in the year 2066. In this world, genderless, synthetically created "weapons" known as the Shiyounin were created to make the lives of people easier. Now, as they are replaced by updated beings known as the Chuusei, the Shiyounin's destruction is impending. Now, the resistance is building in the heart of Tokyo, and for one Shiyounin named V and one man named Meiji Hitou, thus begins the defining time of both of their lives.
